13.07.2005 Real estate agents join the online conveyancing revolution

“Can you recommend a solicitor for my conveyance?” This is something real estate agents get asked every day, and soon we will give them a reason to recommend solicitors who use ConveyIT.

In late July we are launching the real estate component of our online conveyancing system, which will provide agents with access to up-to-date information on their client’s conveyances as well be notified of conditions satisfied and changes to the settlement date automatically via email or SMS.

Real Estate agents and the REIT have been enthusiastic and they can see huge benefits in using the system.

We are now implementing a number of co-branded marketing and advertising activities that will educate real estate agents, buyers and sellers on the benefits of using a solicitor who uses ConveyIT.
