ConveyIT is an online conveyancing system that delivers increased efficiency and cost savings. The solution automates the communication and searching aspects of the conveyancing file process.

Soon ConveyIT will allow financial institutions to more simply, more timely, and at a lower cost correspond with solicitors regarding properties your clients buy and sell. Via a secure website you will be able to:

• communicate electronically with all parties involved in the conveyancing process
• enter finance and/or settlement details
• notify a purchaser online that their finance has been approved
• conduct title searches online
• be notified immediately of completion of conveyancing tasks.

Development of these and other financial institution specific features is progressing well and is aligned to the release of the Victorian Electronic Conveyancing Project and LIXI projects.
